SAF Studios is located about 20 minutes from downtown San Antonio and 30 minutes from the San Antonio International Airport.
San Antonio has desirable weather conditions most of the year.
There are daily flights to and from all major cities and SAF Studios is not under any landing or takeoff patterns.
SAF Studios have a variety of settings on the backlot and within 30 minutes of the studio.
Great crews are available from San Antonio and "sister" cities.

The Greater San Antonio Film Council is dedicated to the local film/music industry in San Antonio.
They work with City Council and Bexar County Commissioners, the San Antonio Convention & Visitor’s Bureau Film Marketing Manager and the business community to bring productions and related industry business to San Antonio.
The Greater San Antonio Film Council works with local schools and colleges to give film and music students a chance to meet and work with professionals in the film and music industry.
SAFC members attend trade shows, conferences, and sales trips to establishing a San Antonio presence nationally and internationally as a film destination.
The Greater San Antonio Film Council is a non profit corporation and is funded through sponsorship, membership and fundraisers.
"Wings", the first Academy Award Winner for "Best Picture" was filmed in San Antonio in 1927.
That was the start of the love affair between San Antonio and the motion picture industry.
